« Christophe Lavergne plays drums. Needless to talk about the fanstatic and rare quality of his drumming :
more interesting is, talking about him, to say that the word "play" comes with a child's meaning : his drums are a most creative toy in his hands and feet.
Always adding a new device, especially if not meant for percussion, always trying something different to make the music sound more beautifully.
His style is to serve the music he plays at the moment : I heard him play very different musics with many differents bands.
He always sounded new. Every kick, every move from his wrists or feet is a never-heard-before musical act. »
